Since it's a power the prince has, I'm guessing they can declare a blood hunt and it leads to permadeath. It propably can't be just called on anybody and the victim actually needs to break some of the rules before he becomes a valid target.

Gallery of old and new WoD I don't mind what you posted as options, but that picture and those galleries are really bland in the clothing department as far as vampire entertainment is concerned. I actully expect CCP to deliver on that aspect though, since they'll no doubt have a clothing store in the game and I'm confident they know, that the bland stuff isn't going to attract many buyers.
